Terms of Use

Operator: CosmoC LLC. Effective date: July 16, 2026.

Description of the service

Vesna is a voice AI companion. The service is not medical or psychological care and does not replace communication with real people.

Eligibility

The service is currently offered to users in the United States and to people who are 18 or older.

Age

The service is intended only for people who are 18 or older. By using the service, you confirm that you have reached this age.

Account

You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for actions taken using it.

Subscription and payment

Plans are published on the Plans page. A subscription renews automatically; you can cancel it at any time in your account. Refunds are available within 14 days of payment (see the Refund Policy).

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes, or in ways that infringe the rights of others.

Safety and crisis situations

Vesna is not an emergency service. If you are in danger or thoughts of harming yourself come up, please reach out to a professional or a mental-health helpline. Vesna may gently remind you of this during a conversation. How we detect crisis situations and where we direct people is published on the Safety page.

Intellectual property

Rights to the service, its software and materials belong to CosmoC LLC unless stated otherwise.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. In particular, the service does not replace professional medical, psychological or other care, and its use must not substitute for it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CosmoC LLC's total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $50.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations — where they are prohibited, these limits apply only to the maximum extent permitted.

Termination and changes to the terms

We may suspend or terminate access to the service, and may change these terms; the current version is published on this page.

Dispute resolution: arbitration and class-action waiver

Before filing a claim, please email support@vesna.you with a description of the dispute; we will try to resolve it together within 30 days.

If the dispute is not resolved, it will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted remotely or in the county where you live, in English.

Exceptions: either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court; claims for public injunctive relief under California law may be brought in court; and either party may ask a court for injunctive relief to stop infringement of intellectual-property rights.

Class-action waiver: disputes are resolved only on an individual basis — no class, consolidated or representative actions.

Opt-out: you may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these terms by emailing support@vesna.you with your name, account email and a statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect the rest of the terms.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the State of California, USA. For questions about the terms of use, write to support@vesna.you.
